Orders are shipped via MAIL BOX. ETC where they have collaborations with FedEx, DHL, UPS, or SF Express, or HK Post, depending on the shipping address.

Delivery time and costs

The delivery time and costs will vary depending on the location of where we are shipping your goods. As well, because we are not able to determine the exact cost due to the final weight of your purchases, we have had to add a handling fee on all purchases which will be reflected during each check out. Please note that we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for local and overseas purchase as stated below:-

* HK purchases of anything over the amount of HKD1,500
* Overseas purchases of anything over the amount of HKD2,500

All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We are working with international as well as local couriers to serve and send our products to as many destinations as possible. If you are not sure if the item(s) you are interested in purchasing from our site falls under the regions we are able to ship to, we suggest that you contact us at info@cb3s.com immediately and we will do our best to rectify and come up with an alternative solution. Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. Again, we are working diligently to streamline this process so that we can get your purchased merchandise to you as swiftly and cost effectively as possible. (Please note that there will be a minimum service charge applied to all transactions which will not be refundable).
