RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy 

​

1. Selected items can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order.​

​

2. All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

​

3. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Please see list of final sale items below.

​

4. Final sale items and items not in new/original condition with all tags and original packaging will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

​

5. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.

​

6. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. If returning footwear, please make sure the shoebox is packed with an outer layer. As the shoebox is part of the product, we will not accept returned footwear with a damaged shoebox.

​

7. If returning designer bags and accessories, all packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, tags and box should be included with your return.

​

8. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.

9. If you have requested for a refund, the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.

​

10. Refund is possible but customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and administration fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The fee(s) will be deducted from the customer’s refund total. All shipping costs associated with any return/exchange falls upon the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs from initial orders, both domestic and international, are nonrefundable.

11. If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

​

12. If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.

​

13. Upon dispute, Three Spirit International Ltd.  reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

​
